Taipei Medical University is looking for a motivated member with Ph.D. degree with outstanding academic achievements in the field relating to clinical pharmacy, social and administrative pharmacy, education, or medical bioinformatics or a related discipline, who will contribute to our international research profile in a cross-disciplinary environment. The new appointee will be based at the College of Pharmacy at Taipei Medical University.

Salary

$82,360NTD~$198,240NTD per month + benefits

Selection Criteria Qualifications 


	Ph.D. with outstanding academic achievements in the field relating to clinical pharmacy, social and administrative pharmacy, education, or medical bioinformatics or a related discipline with Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.).
	Preference will be given to candidates with Ph.D. training in clinical pharmacy, social & administrative pharmacy, pharmacy education, or pharmacy informatics/big data analysis. Experience in pharmacy practice and demonstrate a proven track record of high-profile publications
	At least 1 year of research or practice experience in an English-speaking country
	Demonstrated ability to apply for research grants, with research experiences in conducting large projects, in writing research projects, International experience and history of international collaborations, and independent research will be advantageous
	Demonstrated ability to provide English as a medium of instruction, innovate in teaching and research, and work in teams
	Passion for teaching and talent cultivation
	Exhibits great communication skills, teamwork ability, and capacities in international exchange and cooperation
	Excellent English proficiency and research enthusiasm, good communication with well-developed interpersonal skills

Required Qualifications


	Individuals meeting one of the following criteria may apply:
	
		Have worked in leading global academic or research institutions as a full professor or companies for more than 10 years, developing a prominent research reputation or knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and experience in leading research teams
		Recognition as national academician, fellow of major international academies, or other equivalent awards or recognition
		Have outstanding research record within 5 years
	
	
	Other criteria: Individuals meeting one of the following requirements may also be considered
	
		Have been associate professors for more than 3 years with good track record and major publications in field of study
		Have a Ph. D. degree and worked in research or a field relevant to degree more than 8 years, with publications or inventions and significant academic contributions

* Successful candidates will be assigned to the suitable department according to the academic field expertise.

Pay and Benefits

Annual Salary: US$42,500 to US$228,220

First-year research grant: approximately US$33,000
