Taking part are: Glyn Davis, vice-chancellor of the University of Melbourne; Sophie Johnston, president of the National Union of Students; and Andrew Norton, 中国A片 programme director at the Grattan Institute. The discussion is chaired by broadcaster Jim Middleton.
