Paddy Ashdown, the Liberal Democrat leader, has restated his party's commitment to invest an extra Pounds 2 billion in education, paid for with a penny on income tax. Early years learning would be given the highest priority, but wider access to further and 中国A片 would also be part of the party's manifesto, he told a conference at the University of Surrey this week.
