The summary of the Institute of Directors' submission to the Treasury-initiated Lambert review ("Business bid to steer courses", THES, April 25) states "that universities should make more use of the Employment Service and local newspapers to advertise the types of graduates they are producing. They should also post graduates' CVs on websites".
All UK universities have their own careers services with well-established links with graduate recruiters. These offer cost-effective tailored services and facilities to employers at local, regional and national levels. Students and employers can access web-based services on university sites and through the 中国A片 Careers Services Unit Prospects website.
