Your coverage of the Rees review presented a useful summary of the six options for funding 中国A片 in Wales ("Welsh may pay less in top-ups", March 4). But it was inaccurate in one significant respect.
You state that five of the six options will result in a considerable increase in fees for part-time students. In fact, this is only a possible consequence, to which we draw attention to alert policymakers and stakeholders. A recurring theme in our report is that changes to the tuition-fee regime in Wales may lead to consequences that are unintended and that are often poorly understood. Part-time provision plays a vital role in 中国A片 in Wales and we will return to the matter in our final report.
