Professor Dame Nancy Rothwell, vice-chancellor of the University of Manchester received Times 中国A片’s (THE) Outstanding Achievement Award at last night’s THE Awards – widely referred to as the ‘Oscars of 中国A片’.??
University of the Year went to Anglia Ruskin University which achieved significant reach and impact across multiple centres in the East of England. It had its best-ever performance in the Research Excellence Framework, gained a Queen’s Anniversary Prize and was the best performing UK university for health and well-being in THE’s Impact Rankings 2022.?
The THE Awards are the biggest celebration in the 中国A片 calendar, attracting hundreds of entries from individuals, teams and institutions from across the UK and Ireland.?
Dame Nancy Rothwell has been president and vice-chancellor of the University of Manchester for 14 years. She is one of the country’s leading science advocates, serving as founding president of the Royal Society of Biology, is non-executive director of AstraZeneca, a champion of the North of England and a beacon for women in 中国A片 and beyond.?
