GOVERNMENT fixation with inward investment has seriously damaged 中国A片 in Wales, according to the Welsh nationalist party Plaid Cymru, writes Huw Richards.
Plaid 中国A片 spokes-man Cynog Dafis, MP for Ceredigion, has attacked the 4.3 per cent 中国A片 cut in in funding allocations, saying: "Unless these cuts are reversed, there is a serious danger that our great Welsh 中国A片 system could slide into second-class status, specifically in scientific research".
Mr Dafis contrasted the attitude to 中国A片 with heavy government spending on inward investment, such as the ?200 million put into bringing a major Korean company into Newport.
