ROEHAMPTON INSTITUTE

Morna Hooker, Lady Margaret professor of divinity at Cambridge University, will speak on "The Prophetic Actions of Jesus" at a lecture on March 13 organised by the Chaplaincy Theological Society in conjunction with the Roehampton Institute of Theology and Religious Studies. BERLIN

Student composer, Tim Spencer, has written a musical entitled Berlin which will be performed at Birmingham Conservatoire's Adrian Boult Hall on March 17. March 15 - a discussion meeting on "Materials and design limitations in power cable systems" at 2pm.

March 16 - "French conversation circle" at 6pm.

March 23 - a divisional lecture "New lamps for old - the history of electric lighting" by Brian Bowers at 5.30pm.

March 30 - a half-day colloquium on "High frequency electromagnetic modelling techniques".
