I'm saying who I am because my tutor on this residential Personal Development Weekend says that knowing who you are is the first step on the path to self-knowledge. He's made me realise that although I've been to lots of lovely places, I've never really been to ME.
Yesterday we did Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and yours truly passed on five (missed out on Lateral Thinking and Looking People in the Eye When You Speak to Them).
Feeling well but slight crick in neck after last night's Indian Head Massage (should have stuck to first choice and gone to Re-Birthing).
Tonight it's Dress for Success conference dinner. Still can't decide between jungly Monsoon smock and dirndl skirt with Laura Ashley blouse.
I'm literally bursting with ideas for new Personal Development courses.
