Now that the prime minister is to delay the general election beyond May 3, there is an opportunity to put our stamp on campaigning.
Students and teaching staff are central to the political vision of all parties and as educators we have a duty to speak out on issues of equality. This week we wrote to each of the education spokespeople urging them to commit to the abolition of Section 28 when manifestos are published.
